Andrea went the extra mile as we needed the gelatine to be Halal. I advised which shop she can get them from so she went and purchased the Halal gelatine. She made the 2 cakes which were a birthday gift which was received well from my sister. Thank you Andrea. Definitely a hidden gem in Coventry.
