At Once Upon a Treat, all of our cakes and bakes are prepared with care in our Coventry kitchen. However, please note that we handle allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soya. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from allergens. Terms & Conditions
Orders
We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your date. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is usually required for celebration cakes, and longer for weddings or larger events.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due before collection or delivery. Your order is not secured until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Refunds
As our cakes are made to order, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the collection or delivery date may be charged in full.
Collection & Delivery
Once Upon a Treat cannot accept responsibility for cakes once they have been collected or delivered. We advise handling your cake with care and following any storage guidance provided.
